Insurance Information

We are in-network with Delta Dental. For all other insurance providers, we are considered an out-of-network provider, but we are still happy to submit claims to help you receive your benefits. Many patients with out-of-network plans are still able to use their coverage with us.

Payment is due at the time of service. As a courtesy, we file your insurance claims and track their progress. Please keep us informed of any insurance changes.

You are responsible for all charges incurred, regardless of insurance coverage. Most insurance companies respond within 4–6 weeks. Any remaining balance is your responsibility.
